My Old Addiction

Bite Marks

(out of 5)

Indie gay movies that serve merely as exploitation might as well get into the vampire craze with everyone else, which is very poorly accomplished in this worthless experience. Hitchhiking couple Cary and Vogel get into a truck with handsome driver Brewster, informed that he is transporting coffins across state lines as a favour for his brother who could not fulfill the delivery. Imagine their surprise when they get stranded in a motel parking lot and the coffin(s?) turn out to be occupied by the undead. Imagine our surprise when we realize that nothing much happens in this movie; a couple of quickie sex scenes hardly equal the kind of indulgence that would make up for the dramatically weak scenarios presented, while the ghoulish stuff is never effective in pulling off anything scary or gross.
