Boring, uneventful adaptation of the popular Jay Roach cartoon.  is a hoot as the bumbling Mountie who is stuck with trying to stop evil villain Snidely () all on his own when the town of Semi-Happy Valley abandons him. At stake is the preservation of the law as well as the love of the lovely Nell Fenwick () who can’t decide between the good boy or the bad guy. A lot of the humour is cute, but the enjoyment will only really be felt by very young viewers. An exciting dance number with Parker is a highlight.
