Funnier sequel to the original is basically the same movie but with better jokes. Mike Myers is once again the trussed-up superspy who is sent back in time to the 1960s to stop the powerful Dr. Evil (also Myers) from stealing Powers’ Mojo and taking over the world (he runs Starbucks as a cover operation). Heather Graham is the new love interest and co-spy, not nearly as effective as Elizabeth Hurley (who has a small appearance in this one) was in the original. There are more laughs to keep the balloon from ever touching the ground during this bouncy comedy, but it also lacks the stylish class the original was doing such a good job of parodying.
