A legal secretary (a fantastic Karen Sillas) invites a co-worker from her Manhattan office (Tom Noonan, who also directed) back to her apartment for dinner. The entire film follows their conversation back and forth as they develop a personal relationship in a city where people are so busy putting up walls in the name of self preservation that they forget to actually get to know each other. Starting off harmless and getting more heated as the talking progresses, the film has its finest moment when Sillas gives a reading of a story she wrote in school.
