Adorable adventure that will thrill the kids and possibly even divert the adults. In a world where superheroes get married and have children, there exists a high school in the sky where teens can go and get an education that includes developing their abilities as either heroes or sidekicks. Our protagonist is a young man () whose superstrong father () and flight-abled mother () have so far bequeathed him no powers of his own. This causes him great shame at school, that is until he faces a powerful villain (and some nasty bullies) and is inspired into comic book puberty. has a welcome cameo as school principal, though she also reinforces the obvious fact that the producers didn’t bother to pony up for the rights to use any real superhero characters. Much of the plotting has been lifted from the Harry Potter films, but the visual effects are good and the cast is uniformly appealing.
