When Henry Oldfield’s father, a champion sheep farmer, died in an accident during Henry’s childhood, it traumatized him to the point of needing psychotherapy in his adulthood to cure him of his fear of sheep.

Upon the suggestion of his analyst, Henry comes home to the farm where he grew up to finally get over his fears; unfortunately, he comes home during a time when his brother’s genetic experimentations on the furry creatures that inhabit their farm take a turn for the worse, and turn the animals into raving, contagious zombies.

This hilarious horror film, featuring no end of splashing guts and spraying blood, is buoyed by the right tone of humour and a great briskness of pace. Performances are exceptional and WETA’s effects are terrific. Experience the Violence Of the Lambs!
