Kurt Russell and Madeleine Stowe get their home broken into one late night and call the police for help. When cop Ray Liotta shows up, he secures their home and takes a second glance at Stowe’s unforgettable beauty. Pretty soon he’s showing up on a regular basis to make sure they’re okay, but really what he’s doing is trying to get the husband out of the way in order to get at the wife. A film like this should make for fun, diverting viewing, but it’s just trashy and boring, starring actors who are capable of more.
