Flat British comedy-drama about a group of gay men who weekend in the country (sounds like a dozen movies I’ve seen) and bitch and complain about life in general (sounds like two dozen films I’ve seen). James Dreyfus has a rare non-comedic role as one of the party participants, one who is trapped in an uncommunicative relationship with an overly involved partner. Not completely devoid of value, but this film has nothing special to offer that you won’t already get from watching Love! Valour! Compassion! again.
