After having countless remakes, Alexandre Dumas’ classic tale of adventure and friendship is brought to life by the team over at Disney. This time, young D’Artagnan (Chris O’Donnell) joins up with three famous musketeers (Kiefer Sutherland, Charlie Sheen, Oliver Platt) in order to save France from the evils of Cardinal Richelieu (Tim Curry). While he’s at it, he’s not averse to getting a girl on the side (Julie Delpy in this case). The film is boisterous and colourful, but in comparison to its predecessors it’s so incredibly airheaded that it won’t stay with you for very long.
