This one’s plot is so confusing that it’s actually a bit difficult to remember. Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) has to travel to 2015 to fix the future of his family, then travel back to 1955 and then to 1985. Family problems should not be this difficult to sort out! While the technological gadgets that are on display here are incredibly impressive, the story doesn’t have the zip of the original or the good old sense of fun that Part III would have. Instead, it’s a sagging middle to a very popular trilogy, with Fox doing a particularly great job with the huge cast of characters he is assigned to play (namely all male members of the McFly family, and one female).
