Painfully bad science-fiction film that was made on a low budget and it shows. Sandra Bernhard plays the pilot of a salvage crew who encounters a spaceship that was thought lost long ago after it disappeared into space. After finding it, the crew discovers that the woman (Laura San Giacomo) who was its previous captain rigged it with nuclear explosives and sent it straight towards Earth, providing only Shakespearean sonnets with bits of verse missing as clues for how to keep the entire thing from blowing up while our heros are on it. There are no good special effects, there are even worse performances, and the whole thing looks ugly and cheap, a bargain-basement picture that was possibly photographed in someone’s actual basement.
