Nina Foch has a terrible nightmare about a man she has never met being murdered. Shortly after waking up in a fright, she meets the star of her vision, befriends him and accompanies him to San Francisco where he has just been called on business. What she is unaware of is that his business is working as a spy for the American government, and he has just been given the task of taking secret documents to Hong Kong in a move against Nazi U-boats in the Pacific Ocean. Foch decides to take action when she starts to feel that her nightmare was actually a premonition. Clever direction and beautiful, moody photography are overcome by the film’s low-rent feel and excessively short 65-minute running time.
