The futuristic Flintstones come to the big screen nearly thirty years after they were first played on television, and they have absolutely nothing to show for it. In this film, which is basically a lengthy episode with very few improvements made on the original, George Jetson is sent to a faraway asteroid to take over a mining plant whose vice-presidents keep disappearing. The moment he arrives, Jetson is already embroiled in a sabotage scheme, while patient wife Jane waits at home and frustrated daughter Judy tries to overcome her boredom on this new planet. To add insult to injury, the producers throw in a mix of absolutely atrocious songs, some of them sung by pop star Tiffany who also provides the voice of Judy.
