A pot dealer and a convenience store clerk enjoy their young male love relationship until the dealer’s new client threatens to make waves. That’s pretty much all there is to it, and whether or not you want to see it depends on how willing you are to accept a situation in which a guy knowingly dates a drug dealer but gets mad at him for smoking dope in the bathroom during a party. The attempt to create a natural pace is overdone to the point of laziness, but what really kills this one is that the characters don’t have much life to them: these boys are attractive, but why we should care about their future happiness is never sufficiently justified. You might enjoy seeing the gay twentysomething scene represented on screen, but you might be better off just going and seeking it out for yourself.
