One of Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire‘s peppier musicals is this silly little work that also stars a very hunky Randolph Scott and a small cameo by Lucille Ball. When Astaire and Scott meet Rogers and her sister (Harriet Hilliard), they go mad for both of them, but being navy men they can only honour commitment up to a certain time point and then have to ship out. This delectable bit of fancy features an excellent musical score, both in song and incidental music, then climaxes with a wonderful military show in its grand finale.
